The agent whom you select has a direct baring on the final sale price you will acheive:

-Look for track record - eg testimonials or phone numbers of past clients -Ask the agent to provide an example of the dialogue they use with buyers - a snapshot of their negotiation skills -Ability to market to the widest audience -Look for an agent that is calm and consultative

-Your agent should explain the whole process from signing the Agency Agreement (choosing your agent) through to sale & settlement day -A business strategy must be displayed & explained by your agent in order to realise the best possible price for your most important asset
